Campaign Background

We wanted to generate new customers and developed a very specific brief that included which type of companies to target, what qualified as a lead and what data we wanted the Telemarketers to capture.

Yes, very much so. The Telemarketers at Beanstalk’s did a fantastic job of understanding our requirements and very quickly launched a campaign that more met our objectives. 

Where leads were obtained, they all led to a genuine sales opportunity where a significant proportion were converted.

We received regular a report each day of the leads and where the customer needed a quote quickly one of Beanstalk telemarketers would call us immediately so we could follow up on the same day.

Payback was achieved within a couple of months and the new customers are continuing to generate revenue.
