Campaign Background
We wanted to generate additional leads for our salemen to take forward that allowed them to focus on closing sales rather than spend a lot of their valueable time trying to actually find leads themselves.
We had proposals from a few telemarketing companies and decided to use Beanstalk because they came across as good down to earth people that wanted to deliver results and value.
Our objective was to get in front of senior buyers in big businesses in Construction and the Public Sector.

The process we went through before making calls was really useful to get Beanstalk up to speed with who we wanted to target and what to say; telemarketing companies need to be knowledgeable about your product to be effective.

The communication between Sam (the Telemarketer at Beanstalk) and our Sales Manager, Steve Todd, works really well. We get regular reports on progress, backed up by phone calls, good diary management and appointment schedule.
