As a business we wanted to increase the our penetration and lead generation into mid-large sized corporate that needed our Research services and were interested in geninue discussion with us our how our services could help them.

 

We spoke to three b2b telemarketing companies and choose Beanstalk as they provided a high quality approach, a competitive cost structure and had the relevant experience in high-quality lead generation that we were looking for.

 

Lead Generation Campaign Delivery


Beanstalk have met (and in some cases exceeded) our campaign objectives. We have been very impressed with both the quality and volume of research buyer leads that they have supplied. The challenge for Critical Research is now to convert these to paying customers.

 

We feel that the team at Beanstalk have been very pro-active in working to understand our business. Before starting the lead generation campaign Beanstalk initiated a comprehensive briefing to gain a full understanding of our business and the sectors we operate in.

 

Very quickly we have build a pipeline of £20K and are confident that will increase significantly as there is a reasonably long sales cycle, so the value that comes of of these leads over time will only increase.

 

Since starting the campaign Beanstalk’s communication has been first class.  They keep us fully informed of how the campaign is progressing, by verbally and by email.

 

After the initial Lead Generation Campaign we’ve extended our relationship with Beanstalk for an additional 3 months and are likely to continue to use them on an ongoing basis.
