We will answer the call in your company’s name, take the callers details and then contact you to see if you’d like to take the call. If you want to take the call we will patch the caller through to you. However, if you are unavailable or simply don’t want to take the call we’ll take an accurate message and the caller’s contact details then immediately send you an email and/or SMS message (the SMS is optional).

This gives your business a professional image when you’re unavailable or if it isn’t convenient for you to talk to the caller at that time.

We can also screen out unwanted sales calls, minimizing the time you waste on non-productive tasks!

Simple Message Taking
We will answer the call in your company’s name, let the caller know that you’re unavailable and take an accurate message including the caller’s contact details and immediately send you an email and/or SMS message (the SMS is optional).

You can then return the call at a time that’s convenient to you.
