Beanstalk is owned by two Directors - Gavin Burt and Phil Swanson – who are passionate about Beanstalk, its success and the success we help our customers achieve.

 

Gavin has held Executive level positions for a number of PLC’s including Hays, Wincanton and Iron Mountain.  He has completed an Executive MBA focused on Customer Relationship Management at a top UK business school.   Immediately prior to founding Beanstalk, Gavin spent several years as the Operations Director at Lloyd’s Insurance Brokers where he oversaw FSA compliance and technological innovation.

 

Phil has 20 years Business Development & Marketing experience within the B2B Service Sector, working at a number of PLC’s including DHL, Adare and Wincanton, developing and managing high-performing Telemarketing and Field-based Sales Teams.  He is a classically schooled Sales Professional, having enjoyed market-leading sales training including Miller Heiman and SPIN selling.
